[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really did give this a fair chance and had hoped it would help with my hot flashes and night sweats, but after a full month I didn’t see any changes at all. The hot flashes remained. As far as comfort in swallowing, it was easy to swallow with no problems. Just two pills a day to keep the symptoms away!

It's a plant based product

I can 't confirm non deny that it helps or not, probably yes, but not in my case. Large pills but it works

However it became easier as the month went on. Taking 2 of them isn’t easy so I take them one at a time. I did start feeling relief from my symptoms. Adding to my daily

The struggle is real and I’ll take all the help I can get. I noticed a difference in lack of hot flashes and not as much body discomfort. Brain fog didn’t seem to be as strong either. The capsules are easy to take,and i appreciate that it contains EasteroG-100 and cognizin. I am looking forward to seeing more noticeable results with continued use.
