Works on shorter hair for volume.

This one works!
This styler/dryer lives up to its reviews. It has a cool setting and 2 speeds. The oval shape doesn't pull at your hair and dries well. It is less tiring without having to use both a dryer and a brush. Buyer beware
When this unit is brand new, it works great. There’s a hairdryer and throws off heat, and unfortunately, the bristles are not that heat resistant and become extremely brittle and break off. Helen of Troy, who makes and warranties the item, does not cover broken whistles, and considers that normal wear and tear. The thing is only seven months old, and 80% of the bristles are missing and they will not exchange it.
