Why are the rice Krispies very dry and not puffy. I love to make rice Krispies treats and I follow the original recipe and use jet marshmallows but here lately they have been so dry and to crunchy till I'm using more marshmallows just to cut down on the crunchy cereal..please make a new and improved rice Krispy.Reply from wkkellogg.com1 day agoWe hear and value your comments about our Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal. Tastes like I'm eating rocks.
What is wrong with the rice krispies? All of a sudden, they are like sharp and little pebbles. Yuck, I won't buy them again. Rice Crispy Cereal almost unrecognizable.

Taste is gone, texture is gone!
Purchased a box when I was grocery shopping. Love Rice Krispies since I was a kid. I had not purchased Rice Krispies in years. They were disgusting and turned to mush when I added milk. Returned the box to the store for a refund. Very crunchy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been eating Kellogg’s rice krispies cereal for breakfast for a long time. It’s delicious, crunchy and very easy to prepare.
