Doesn’t work
Ever since they changed the formula it sucks. It doesn’t bleach well, smells bad, dumb design for the mixing tray and mixer, and it stings the skin. Horrible new formula
Burns my face. Doesn't bleach my hair. Terrible migraine inducing scent. Hard to mix. Just a disaster in every aspect. Not Good
Ever since Sally’s changed their formula this has been a disaster. This new formula does not work and is very irritating vs the old formula. We like the powder not the cream. Bring back the old formula. This sucks.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - LB12Reviewed 7 months ago
Awful.
Just bought the new formula as my old expired. This is absolutely awful. I can get passed the bad smell, but as soon as this touched my face, it immediately began to burn like crazy. I couldn't even leave it on for the entire five minutes, I was terrified my skin was peeling off. Sure enough, there giant red burn marks on my face now and the hair is barely lightened. I've used Sally Hansen faithfully for the last 20+ years and never, ever had a reaction like this. Horrible change of formula
This is like the third time they've changed the formula in the last 10 years and it sucks. It burns so bad as soon as I put it on and it doesnt even bleach anything. Not any good
This formula is terrible for me. Burns immediately on my skin, doesn’t bleach my hair well after 10 minutes, and stinks. Please bring back the old version. That worked fine for decades!{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
