It’s really sad to see how this company prefers to reformulate this once great product and give out free boxes for “incentive” reviews instead of putting money towards the product itself. Do not believe the fake reviews and the reviews from the past are no longer valid. The new formulation is strong, orangey, burns your eyes and scalp, doesn’t cover grays anymore, and isn’t as vibrant. I even bought it again because I thought maybe I bought a bad box. Nope. The color never oxidates to the burgundy it used to and stays a nasty orange. Even two boxes I bought that were still in their shrink boxes wouldn’t even oxidate the same color. This used to be a great hair dye. The best I have ever used. And now it’s another sellout product. Great job Swarzkopf. Very nice color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used this hair coloring brand before. I do dye my hair a very dark red so this was a very nice color to be able to try. The application process for me was very easy. The coverage and shine are phenomenal for gray cov

I was so amazed at the color stay and results. I did not expect to see such great gray coverage I can’t even tell I have gray hair at all. The color is as promised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know what’s changed over the years but reds and purples haven’t been accurate to the box in years. This one, however really is right! It’s my new favorite box color and it really lasts. I had no issues with application, smell, or staining. It fades just as much as others but still looks good when it does. The conditioner included is long lasting and works well. Nice Color!!!

I didn’t experience any fading and it left a nice shine to my hair when I was completely done. It covered my entire hair and the conditioner left my hair soft and manageable. If I had one complaint, it is that the color could’ve shined through more. Not the color shown on box.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hair color is just ok for me. The name rich caviar I thought would be a dark blackish type color. It arrives and on the box its looking like a dark purple. I can work with that. Not what I thought but doable. Start mixing the color and somehow the cream color comes out of the tube already developed it looks like as the last of it comes out of the tube. Unsure how that can happen unless maybe it's old im not sure. Apply the color and it looks red. Start wondering slightly but have faith. Wash color out; water runs reddish color. Im like hmm ok still holding out hope. Dry my hair and yep its reddish definitely not the plum purple on the box to me.
