These headbands seem like they will stay on and keep the hair back, but unfortunately they fit snug on me, so I'm not sure I can wear them long enough (for a workout). I feel like I have an average size head, so if you have a smaller head they will be fine. These headbands are cute and stylish. I use them for keeping my hair back while working out at the gym. I like the rubber backing which keeps it in place-so no moving around or out of place..
