This is the best sensitive toothpaste on the marke
I would be lost without this Sensodyne toothpaste! My teeth are super sensitive, and I find this is the only toothpaste that helps me. I brush my teeth twice a day with this incredible toothpaste, and it leaves me with a minty freshness, which is very important. If you have teeth sensitivity, I would absolutely recommend using this. Sensodyne Repair & Protect Ingredients (key ones): Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate (NovaMin) – forms a protective mineral layer on exposed dentin. Sodium Fluoride (~1450 ppm) – cavity protection and enamel strengthening. Other ingredients: glycerin, hydrated silica (mild abrasive), cocamidopropyl betaine, carbomer, flavoring agents. Consistency: Medium-thick paste Slightly gritty/silica feel but smooth overall Foams moderately and spreads easily on the teeth. Performance: Sensitivity relief: Very good; NovaMin helps create a hydroxyapatite-like layer that blocks dentin tubules and reduces sensitivity triggers Repair effect: Gradually remineralizes and protects exposed dentin with consistent use. Daily use: Good cavity protection and gentle enough for twice-daily brushing.
