I have not used this powder for 3 days a couple different meals. And every time I use it or drink it it makes me nauseous. Been taking for a month and I feel it absorbing into my muscles and body everytime I drink it. The flavor is super good vanilla ice cream, especially with milk. Almost bought something else but I’m glad I decided to go with six star, the price is better than the other brands too. Real review from a beginner with 3 months in the gym.
