To Whom It May Concern, No problems with ordering online, tracking, or delivery. When I first opened the box I thought the socks were going to be too tight based on the material. I only used one on my right foot and it fit perfectly. It was not too tight at all. I wore it 24 hours for 2 days, and it cleared up my painful plantar fasciitis. I thought I was going to have to wear it daily, or more often but I only needed 2 days. I have no doubt I will have to use the socks again.
