One of my favorite alkaline bottled waters. One of the first times I drank when the PH balanced waters started to pop. I'm more of a fan of other bottles today I won't mention. But smart water and it's reverse vaper osmosis process is still a strong choice. This water is awesome!
I really like the taste of this water. It’s quite refreshing when you are hot and need to quench your thirst, and very effective at cooling you down. I chose to give Smartwater's new alkaline water with a high PH a try after noticing this. I adore it; it tastes good, has electrolytes, and is less expensive than the other brand. Without a doubt, suggest it to everyone. According to what I've read, alkaline with antioxidant water has an elevated pH compared to ordinary water and is enhanced with antioxidant selenium. Alkaline water is said to offer potential health advantages and sustainability. Enhanced hydration: According to certain research, drinking alkaline water may improve hydration. Extended sleep time: According to certain studies, consuming alkaline water can extend sleep time. Great on the go hydration.
Was perfect when I was on the go for my morning run. Tasted great and kept me hydrated in the heat. The bottle itself is light enough not to weigh you down, but spacious enough to hold a decent amount of water. Also, the bottle is high quality enough to refill it multiple times over! Taste is super great, packaging is nice and the price is negotiable the effectiveness is exactly what I need for the perfect balance balance!
