This mouthguard works as advertised. Completely stopped my snoring and improved my sleep quality. Unfortunately, I bought it from SnoreRx's website first. Paid more than it cost at CVS and never received my mouthguard or any shipping updates whatsoever. Contacted customer service several times. The number went straight to voicemail, and no one ever replied to my voicemail or emails. The product is fantastic, though pricey, but the company has nonexistent customer service. Beware hidden details of the return policy
On the company's webpage, in multiple locations, it says you can return within 30 days if it doesn't work for you. When you go to return it, they make it hard to find the warranty page (I had to google search) and then only on that page do they tell you the warranty is only good if you buy directly from the company by mail. So it's kind of a sham. Non existent customer service
Ordered the product 3 weeks ago. Got the notification it was ready for shipment on 6/22 and that the postal service was waiting for the package to ship out. Nothing since then. I’ve tried calling the support number that only rings and goes nowhere. I’ve sent countless emails with no responses. I have no choice but to contact the BBB as they have not sent me a product or canceled and refunded me. Works great!
I bought this to alleviate snoring and teeth grinding while sleeping. It does both very well for me. I've been using these for about 10 years and they last about 6 months. It is easy to clean and easy to fit if you follow the directions. WIll not fit women's mouths

Doesn't fit in mouth, terrible customer service
First, the product is complete garbage. You literally cannot shut your mouth when using it. I ended up getting an infection in my mouth after using this product that required me to go to the doctor three times, and only went away after discontinuing use of the product. Second, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted them and asked for a refund, which they agreed to do after I sent them photos. When I sent the photos, they claimed it "wasn't their device." I offered to mail it to them and they ignored me. $90 product that should be $10
For a "plus" version I can't even imagine how bad the regular version is. I watched their setup video twice and followed the directions exactly right. I thought I made a error and had the plastic stuck to the two mouth guards. But no! That is how the device is supposed to go in your mouth. WITH A PIECE OF PLASTIC in it. Anybody with a small mouth like me has absolutely zero chance of even being able to fit this abomination of a design in their mouth. Let alone fall alseep with it in. It is a choking hazard having it in while awake It is two guards and a piece of plastic! All of which seem like they were designed as cheaply as possible. For a product that is $90 I felt ripped off and decided to return it to CVS and get my money back before it caused more frustration and a possible trip to the ER.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
