My husband bought this device about 8 months ago and it is just now in need of replacing. It is expensive but compared to a sleep study copay and cpap, it is not. It kept me from moving into our guest bedroom actually which was his motivation for surmounting the initial cons. He said he drooled a little at first which eventually resolved. Also mild TMJ discomfort which did as well. Used Successfully for Years!
I can understand that this might not be the right solution for everyone, but I can honestly tell you that this device is the only thing that has allowed me to sleep through the night for the last five years. But don’t take my word for it, ask my wife who now sleeps perfectly through the night since I’m not keeping both of us up snoring. The device is not made to last forever and you should be prepared to replace it once a year like I do. Well worth the money! I will add that. I also have started using a nasal dilator with some success and I often tape my mouth closed with Somnifix to keep the SnoreX in. That scares a lot of people, but that actually makes the SnoreX work much better for me. If you’re like most people who suffer from moderate sleep apnea, you’ll be willing to try anything. Fell apart after 3 mos.

Reduces Snoring at a HUGE Cost
This device worked to stop my snoring. After 6 months it shifted my jaw forward permanently, affecting my chewing function. Complete scam way too big choking hazard
