I bought midnight tanzanite and have medium to dark brown hair. It turned out just like the box. I couldn't believe it! I've never been able to get my hair to turn out right because I won't bleach it. It's beautiful. I've gotten SO many compliments on it because it's such a pretty shade and good great with my skin tone and blue eyes. I've used Splat for years anyway but these kits for brunettes has me sold even more! Love the color!
I have fairly dark brown hair and lots of gray. I bought this to cover the gray. I did not bleach before applying hair dye. Pic is after 2nd wash. Per other reviews, I made sure to rinse in my stainless steel kitchen sink to not stain my bathtub. Product does indeed smell like grape Nerds. Lol. Easy to use, but will stain counters, etc, so be careful. Absolutely beautiful color!
I had a wild notion to just dye my hair this color, and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love it and I received so many compliments on it. I have medium to dark brown hair, with lighter strands and gray hairs too.
