I personally don’t style or blowdry my hair with hot tools. However, I always use a heat protectant in the summer to avoid heat damage and frizz on hot days. This is my go to heat protectant. Choose nothing else

Very good
I love the suave brand. I have used so many different products from the brand. This is a pretty good heat protection spray. It mists nice and evenly. I heat style my hair a lot so this is always in my routine. I love that it is very cheap. Glam on a budget
My aunt recommended that I give this a try for her and, 5/5, easily. It will leave your hair very smooth and manageable and it's also a detangler! It can help minimize blow dry time as well ;) go grab you a bottle, Suave is awesome!
