We love the power mop but the cleaning solution does not clean as well as 409 even after power mopping the kitchen linoleum floor twice. For example, I can get a section of the floor totally clean after the two mopping's with light rubbing using a paper towel and 409. I wish I could open up the cleaning fluid dispenser bottle and refill with 409.Reply from swiffer.com1 month agoHi! This is my favorite floor cleaner!
Updates to the new swifter mop, and this cleaning solution is already one of my favorites. It seems to give you better value for money, as it seems to last longer. Regret buying this
Cleans poorly compared to spin mop. The Power mop is amazing. I didn't expect it. I just love the lavender scent and It is often praised for being refreshing and leaving a pleasant aroma in the room after cleaning. The solution dries relatively quick and reducing the risk of slips.It is very lightweight and easy to manage especially in tight spaces. Great mop and efficient.
To all the community, once you try this, you will never go back to the traditional way of mopping your floors. Water and a bucket is a thing from the past. I love this product. The fact that cleans my floors great and after, you can discard the dirty pad. There are other products that I tried, such as the ones that have an attach pad and after, you can wash it. Who wants to do more work. I rather use the Power mop and discard the pad. Excellent product. Replacement cleaner bottle will not fit in device.
The product worked for the first time, until we needed to replace the liquid. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: * Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. * After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. * If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. * If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device.
