I've been using this brush for a long time and thought that it was time to replace my old brush. It gentle on my curly hair while detangling it as the bristles message my scalp and help spread my natural and added oils along my hair. I had this brush for years and it still looks as good as when I bought it- I just wanted to replace it for a sound-peace-of-mind for cleanliness. I bought it at the store originally; I had no idea it came in multiple colors. That's awesome! I purchased a The Essential Detangler® by Tangle Teezer® for Wet & Dry Hair in bright pink. I was excited to try after reading all the good reviews. I’m a senior citizen with about 60% gray. I’m also a retired hairdresser and know what my hair condition normally is. After using this brush my hair looks like I stuck my finger in a light socket and fried my just yesterday’s (beautiful head of hair). What a mess! I’m not recommending this brush if you have gray hair. I dont know too much about hair, but I have a shoulder length fro, used other brushes and pics, got a good one of TikTok but really wanted to try this one. . . . . BUTTER, this makes it really easy to manage my hair as I figure out what im doing. Happily surprised

My kids have curly hair and I never knew what to do with it as my hair is straight. A friend mentioned tangle teezer and we’ve been buying them now for 9 years. We wont go back to regular brushes! And this model is my new favorite.
