I loved this toner but now it's not the same. You said a new label change was all but you also changed the formula. That also should've been mentioned. This is not what I have been using in the past. Why is it people find something that works has a good smell then the company changes everything about it?? Then we have to start looking for something new all over again. I was really hoping this company would be consistent and reliable but I guess I wrong. Why do companies do that to people? I will never understand that. Best toner product. Several choices for specific skin type. Gentle on the skin. Only cleanser I use on my face
I use the pH balancing cleanser daily and it has been great for my sensitive skin. I no longer have rosacea outbreaks from using harsh astringents. Product Changed and Smells Awful
This was my favorite toner. It smelled clean and fresh. It now smells like stale maple syrup. Did the formula change? It was advertised as a labeling change. New bottle, bad smell
This is one of my favorite products. Just started a new bottle… and the smell is so off? The old style bottle never smelled like this. It smells stale kind? I don’t know if I can keep using it. Was a favourite product, won't buy again
New formula is aweful, smells bad, feels slimey, and doesn't work the same. Dis I mention it stinks now. In a scent free workplace this is upsetting and can be smelt under makeup.
