I wasn't sure about using a facial toner at first. I got a sample and tried it for a couple of weeks and fell in LOVE with it! I use it morning and night, and I use Thayers Soak It Up 80HR Liquid Moisturizer afterwards and OMG!! My skin feels amazing! My skin is clear, soft and smooth! I've had fewer breakouts around my cycle and my skin just all around feels better. After using they sample that I got, I bought the Facial Toner in the Cucumber Scent, and LOVE it also! For the amount that you get, and the length of time it lasts, the cost isn't bad. If you want your face to feel and look better, you NEED this product! Thayers Unscented Facial Toner is one of the product that I have used and trusted throughout high school and into my college years. The last three years though, I decided to try out other toners but always come back to the Unscented version. This is a very basic hydrating toner that will not dramatically change your skin but gradually hydrate it instead. I have oily acne prone skin and am on topical medications so a hydrating toner is essential in my routine to combat dehydration. This toner is light and watery so it absorbs into the skin really easily without any sticky or heavy residue. What I love most about this toner is how you are able to layer on the product to reach the level of hydration you like (3 layers is enough for me). I pour some product into my palms, gently rub the toner between my palms, then apply the toner onto my face and neck in patting motions for better absorption. The refreshing feeling to the skin is amazing and will not feel dry or tight but hydrated instead. I cannot say if this toner helps treat my acne due to its witch hazel ingredient, but in the years that I have used this toner I have never experienced any irritation or inflamed acne, however everyone's skin is different. If you are looking for a simple, hydrating toner that is affordable and fragrance free, I definitely recommend the Thayers Unscented Toner. I tried a facial toner with clean ingredients, hoping it would enhance my skincare routine. Unfortunately, it ended up causing a burning sensation on my skin, which stopped when I stopped using it. Despite its clean ingredients, it didn't agree with my sensitive skin. While it may work for others, it didn't deliver the desired results for me. I absolutely love this toner!
I absolutely love this toner for my sensitive skin. I have always had a mild acne, random breakouts, and just overall sensitive skin. I have tried so many products over the years. I was skeptical about trying this toner thinking it would break me out or damage my skin how so many other products have. Well I took a chance and it has been nothing but amazing results since. I was impressed at how well it made my skin look and feel. I use it in the morning and late evening and sometimes in between to freshen up my face. I wish I had tried it sooner. You know what they say…better late than never. I definitely recommend this brand toner and with it being in scented is also a plus. The pic on the left is before I used it and the pic on the right is after I used it. Gentle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I love most about this toner is how gentle and easy it is on my skin. I sometimes have issues when easing a new product into my regimen but this was rather seamless and had no adverse effects. My skin is left fresh and feeling very clean. Working in a high paced environment and daily mask wear I appreciate a product that combats the maskne and irritation.
