I hate this new formula! It feels soapy/ slimy, and it does NOT help my skin in the slightest. I had used the previous formula for years, and it had really helped my breakouts. Miss the old formula
I thought I was crazy until I read the other reviews. Ive used this product for year and this new product formulation is absolutely awful. It’s slimy and smells awful. Bring back the old formula

Disappointed
Thayers had a great product with 2% salicylic acid. It felt like it removed any left over residue from washing my face. They replaced a great product with the current formula that leaves residue rather than remove it. The new product doesn’t absorb into the cotton pad and splashes on my counter. It leaves a discolored dried puddle that I realize is also left on my face. It’s time to begin a quest for a new cleaner toner.Reply from Thayers Natural Remedies4 months agoHi Neg15. Go Back to Old Formula
Bring back the old formula. The new formula causes breakouts instead of helping them. I used the old formula for years as it was the only thing that worked. Disappointed
I have been using Thayers for 6 years. They are a key ingredient to my skin care routine. Unfortunately, they have discontinued 2 toners that worked well with me (lemon and lemongrass without salicylic acid). The pass few weeks I have tried 3 other Thayer option and my skin has been breaking out as well as dry. Please go back to original formula.Reply from L'Oreal Paris5 months agoHello Abri. Blemish clearing? More like blemish causing.
This new formula is causing me to break out. The number of ingredient changes compared to the old formula is wild! I can't believe they even tried to pass this off as the same product. The new formula is absolute garbage. I had a stable routine involving this product but now need to find something different because this new formula has ruined my skin and again, is expensive garbage.Reply from Essie5 months agoHi there Rachel.
