Prescription strength flu relief

This is the New Theraflu-D PSE Nighttime Flu Relief and Nasal Decongestant and it helped to ease my flu symptoms during the night when I got the flu. It is not a cure for the flu but it did help me to get better by helping me to be able to breathe better through my nose, ease my fever symptoms, and suppress my cough which allowed me to get the much needed rest I needed at night. Okay let’s get into how this helps to ease your flu symptoms. It contains Acetaminophen which helps to relieve pain and reduce your fever, Chlorpheniramine Maleate which is an antihistamine, Dextromethorphan HBr which helps to suppress your cough, and Pseudoephedrine HCI which is a nasal decongestant. This Theraflu-D formulation is thicker than most because it is prescription strength so don’t be alarmed by that. The cherry flavor did help me to be able to swallow it better. This is not sold on the regular cold and flu isle. Located BEHIND the pharmacy counter

Just so you know this product is kept behind the counter of the pharmacy so that it can be kept safe from those wanting to use it for other then prescribed ways. I had a small head cold so not sure if the complete efficacy could be shared but it did dry up my runny nose and allowed me to sleep throughout the night so for those alone I would give it 4 stars, the “cherry” taste is a stretch very medicable taste, but then again it is medication.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Theraflu
