I got this for my kids(16&19) and when my son(19) used it, about 3 later, his nose was bleeding horribly. It took a little to get under control. It doesn't take much to apply honestly the best thing I've bought and I can finally sleep peacefully while having a cold, application is perfect it has a light irritation but that's just me and it's not expensive I loved it. Dead on Arrival

Good Medicine
the design of the applicator is awful it does not allow the medicine to be properly administered. It fills the nostril and you must breathe deep to get part of the medicine to somewhat enter the congested sinus. I feel that spending the extra money for the other brand , same medicine, for the ease of use Isa better option.
