Arthritis relief

I wanted to use it lower on my wrist but it was to big to go around.I tried wrapping it different ways but no lucki took a video. Of it not fitting well. this would be awsome to go across my lower back or my knee. I would really recommend this product! Relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really don’t know why I didn’t try these sooner, because they are GREAT! Two packaged heat wraps come in a box. The foil package is easily opened, and once the air hits the heat is activated, although the full heat potential isn’t instant, it’s worth the wait. The adhesive ends actually “stick”, making the wrap easily worn under clothing. (I tested out on the front of my knee.) This product gave me lasting relief throughout my day, even after removing it. I’d highly recommend these Heatwraps to anyone with any kind of joint discomfort or pain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ThermaCare Arthritis wraps for free from Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review. I tried both of the wraps and it did help some with my Arthritis/Carpal Tunnel, however it was a challenge trying to keep them on. They definitely need to be redesigned to stay put because they kept coming apart and falling off. I need to be able to still do things while wearing them and it was impossible to do anything. They're recommended to be worn at least 6 hours and i just don't have the time to be completely still for that long. Just because you are in pain does not mean you can stop living your life, these portable heat wraps make a big difference. Real pain, relief

I put them over my shirt against my lower back because they can burn your skin if applied directly and felt almost immediate relief.
