Pain subsided for a little while, which is always a plus of course! Helps when you have REAL pain

I was helping at an event at work and was doing a lot of moving, decorating and things I don't normally do (and probably shouldn't at my age). By the second night I could barely move. I tried this and it worked great! I put it on my knees, back, feet and wrists. I will say it does get very, very hot. I didn't like the feel of it on my lower back but loved it everywhere else. So you might want to try a small area first before spraying it everywhere. It seemed like right away the pain started to go away and I could relax and go to sleep. Woke up the next morning and could get out of bed. I was shocked! I put some on the next morning. There is no smell and it isn't greasy so I could put it on and then put my work clothes on. If you spray too much it will run a little but it is easy to wipe up. ThermaCare Heat + Lidocaine Spray WORKS!

The spray itself is a little cold but then it gets right to work easing your sore back &/or muscles. True Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ThermaCare's Heat + Max Strength Pain Relief spray worked well for my many aches and pains. I've entered middle age with a very physical lifestyle so my body acts up more than it used to. This spray makes my back pain and foot pain go away for a few hours until my body gets back to normal. The spray doesn't turn into a runny liquid as it dries fast. ThermaCare heat plus lidocaine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time trying this product. It went on very easily. I was spraying my shoulder blades and lower back - usually harder to reach with creams applied by hand. Application was very easy. It dried fairly quickly. I waited a few minutes for it to dry. It took about five minutes for me to really start feeling relief and then it continued for the next hour. I read the instructions and it warned about not applying to broken skin. Unfortunately, I had a small scratch on my lower back. I was unaware of and sure enough it burned. Not the fault of the product. I quickly wiped it off with a little soap and water, and it stopped burning. Something to be aware of in future. When it reached full effect after about an hour, the pain in my lower back and shoulder subsided. I would say it worked very well and the fact that I can spray it without getting it on my hands is a plus. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was skeptical that a spray would be as effective targeting a specific pain area but was pleasantly surprised how well & how quickly my back pain was relieved. Needed assistance spraying the aching back instead of simply placing a patch. Left no residue or damage to clothing. It only took a few minutes to start working.
