Sometimes, residue that feels like "hard plastic," puckering, or a "dried glue" sensation on garments can occur due to several factors, including: - Incorrect dosing or dispensing of the pods. - Adding liquid fabric softener during the wash cycle instead of the rinse cycle, which can cause a film to form. - Not adjusting the load size according to the washing cycle, leading to insufficient space for the pod to dissolve. - Low water pressure or interruptions during the wash cycle. - Some modern washing machines may position the pod on top or in the middle of the load, preventing it from dissolving fully. To help restore your garments, if they are stuck together, do not pull them apart to avoid tearing. Instead, soak them overnight in water and then re-wash without any detergent at the highest temperature allowed by the care label.
