I walked over to CVS to buy a couple of items for a pretend party with my grandkids. We found these. I rarely review products but these embarrassing little cone hats deserve a horrible review. 1) they are ridiculously tiny and not worth a nickel each let alone the nearly 90 cents each that CVS in charging. 2) The little elastic strap on each hat is barely attached to the hat so even if you were to put it on a baby it will come apart. One would think the CVS buyer would have at least tried these hats before deciding to buy them. Total waste of money.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
