Disgusting
This used to be my favorite toothpaste but they recently changed the formula and it is disgusting. It’s sickeningly sweet and leaves you with that stevia aftertaste. Very disappointed. Not So Great New Taste
I have been using Tom’s toothpaste for many years, and loved it because it did not have the sickeningly sweet taste that many toothpastes have. So, you can imagine my surprise when I tried the so-called “new great taste.” It is awful. Old formula excellent new formula the worst taste
Been using the old formula for 1000 years and it was perfect but now they changed it to a new great flavor that couldn’t be further from the truth. The old formula is the one with the great new taste that has the SLS ingredient. The new one was without the SLS maybe that made the difference I don’t know, but I no longer want to use this new formula cause it taste that bad. Bring back the original flavor!
Please revert back to the original peppermint flavor. The new formula is repugnant. Coca Cola once introduced “New Coke” with a new flavor profile - the world hated it. So they introduced “Classic Coke,” reverted back to original, and the world cheered. Give us “Classic Tom’s of Maine Peppermint Toothpaste.” I so hated the new formula toothpaste (so disappointed I’d bought a 3/pack) that I immediately drove all over town and bought as many UN-improved tubes as I could. Once those are gone I’ll probably have to find a new brand of toothpaste. Too bad after 30 years as a loyal happy customer.Reply from tomsofmaine1 month agoHello, Mackenzie here. New improved taste is NOT an improvement
New improved taste is terrible! It’s so sweet now. I started using Tom’s years ago because it was one of the only toothpastes that simply had a minty taste and not sugary. Not any more! Bad New Taste
Big thumbs-down to the new taste… Peppermint Whole Care has been my toothpaste for years, it’s the best! However, the new taste is not good at all and has me looking for an alternative. New flavor TERRIBLE
I have been using this brand for years. But now, the new peppermint flavor is the worst.
