I used to love this conditioner before they added heat protectant. It now makes my hair feel coated and flat. I wish they wouldn't have changed the formula for the 24-Hour Volume. I air dry my hair 80% of the time, so no heat protectant needed. Product upgrade is a major downgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this new formula. It literally makes my hair greasy by the end of the day. I can’t brush my hair because of all of the extra oils and crap. It leaves in my hair. Disappointed
I have thin, longer hair with no bounce or volume to it. I thought these products would help but my hair is still the same. Works great for me!
I started using this product recently. I does a great job on my hair. It is soft and creamy and the conditioner too does a great job. My hair looks healthy and I have minimal frizz.
