The patch itself has a smooth, comfortable texture that stays flat under clothing without catching on shirts or feeling bulking throughout the day. I also didn’t notice any obvious residue left behind after removal. The design is especially well thought out. The split peel-away backing makes it easier to position the patch accurately and apply it without having to touch the adhesive side. Once placed, it adheres well and stays where it’s supposed to. We’ve found these especially useful for targeting lower back pain after the gym, running, and hiking. Doesn’t work at all.

Great for simple pains and quick use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been very helpful for my significant other who can’t take regular pain meds for they don’t usually work. He gets pains in his shoulders and neck area and they have been great! Ok but not strong enough
These are ok for pain relief. I find the strength a bit weak and using them to relieve back pain and knee pain wasn't as good as I would have liked. Great patch for soreness
