Maybe if I had a longer time period to take I could give a more in depth review. I would buy again to see if it is more helpful long term. Nice color on the bottle, very descriptive about the supplement. Lid is very easy to open, the seal of plastic around it was more difficult to get off. It’s okay

I used the product for about 15 days, but unfortunately, I didn’t see any benefits to the product on me. It was easy to use and to swallow the caplets. Great addition

Easy to swallow
