The dosage is simple and I usually start feeling sleepy within a reasonable amount of time. They also dissolve easy. The effects last through the night for me although I can occasionally feel a little groggy next morning. This took at least an hour before I started to doze off. I kept going in and out of sleep. It finally put me to sleep but I didn’t stay asleep & still felt sleepy when I woke up. The only sleeping aid that has ever worked for me.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Unisom SleepTabs. I’ve tried different sleep aids in the past but they left me half awake and groggy the next morning. Unisom allows me to sleep peacefully and effectively. The tablet is small and easy to swallow without any aftertaste. my husband uses it; recommended by CVS pharmacist i do not take it myself. he doesn't like the gel, only the tablet. our local CVS stocks mostly the gel. it is more difficult to find the tablet. when I bought the gel by mistake, he said that it did not work.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - JennaMReviewed 1 month ago

Works well!

I didn’t feel any drowsiness and didn’t notice any taste.
