Chaotic place to be
"Upon receiving notification that my order was ready for pickup, I visited the CVS located at 15th and Meridian. The environment was disorganized, with evidence of widespread order mix-ups. The item initially handed to me, which was identified by the associate as my complete order, was incorrect; it was a heating pad instead of the product I had requested. Furthermore, when I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the staff, they incorrectly insisted that the heating pad was the correct item.
