I’ve been drinking Vita Coco Coconut Water for years. I love how easy it is to get my electrolytes in for the day without consuming a ton of sodium. This coconut water is the best tasting and hydrates me better than any electrolyte drink. It also is filled with potassium and is easy to drink on the go. The bottle also isn’t plastic and easy to dispose of.
