Tried using Well Market canola oil instead of vegetable oil in my lemon cake mix and it came out so delicious. Super moist, light, and fluffy with the perfect lemony taste and texture. No oily after taste at all. Really solid cooking oil that performs well in the
The Gold Emblem Canola Oil helped me cook up my breakfast this morning and have me those nice crispy edges around my eggs that I love! The oil heated up nicely, is a good color and was easy to hold and pour. I’d say overall a good value for the size and quality of product! Consistency and taste were great. I used to both coat my potatoes and fry up my chicken. Huge bottle will last a long time pours easily. It’s light in flavor and easy to cook.
The cooking oil felt light and easy to cook with everything. I like the vegetable oil since it is easy to cook and can go with salad with a little flavor. I prefer cooking at low heat to prevent oil burn. The oil easy to cleanup and storage. This oil works well! We used it to pan fry dumplings at home, and they crisped up nicely! It does not have a strong flavor, which works well for many recipes. The oil was the perfect consistency and made a wonderful pizza crust with a great, fluffy texture.
