I guess it was good. I don't see why not. Unless someone did something to it I don't know about. It says on the bottle it helps with electrolytes. It's not like it's curing an iron anemia. It's only a drink for a few dollars. I don't see how you can go wrong. Maybe you may want the other flavor if you don't like pomegranate. IDK why I'm being asked to rate this. It's like eating Gatorade or Powerade. What's there not to like. You do something with sports you don't drink a Gatorade or Powerade. Tastes Great and Good For You!!
The flavor of this excellent electrolyte drink is delicious! It is very refreshing, and at the same time, your body gets hydration! I love it ice cold. Some people like it at room temperature. I absolutely love this product!
