Up there with the high end highlighters
Precious Petals - I see why people are raving about this highlighter, it's right up there with some high end brands! I don't see glitter but a sparkling sheer glow. Its really a beautiful striking piece of makeup. Beautiful
I love it. But if you don't like glitter you won't like it. For the price it is amazingly pigmented and adds a glowing and reflective highlight. Love.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
