I have some extreme chronic gut and intestinal issues starting more strongly about three years ago, I try to use more natural alternatives, these really work better than brands with dangerous ingredients, the best flavor they have in my opinion is the lemon. I used to get the tropical flavor. It kind of resembled a sweet minty flavor but very subtle.
