It works to relieve temporary mucous build up

Worked so well!
I’ve been using the regular Xlear on and off for years and I like it. I had a bad sinus/allergy headache today and went to buy some and saw the Max one. I bought it and yes, it burned a bit when I used it but that went away quickly and so did my sinus pain and pressure. I’m elated. Will definitely use this again.
