I bought a Zephyrhills water in an aluminum bottle during a walk and was left completely dehydrated. The cap is ridiculously hard to open — nearly impossible unless you have serious grip strength. As a woman, I struggled for several minutes, hurt my hand trying, and eventually gave up. I had to buy a different brand just to get water. Packaging this unfriendly is unacceptable. Please redesign your bottle — hydration shouldn’t require brute strength.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
