Meets expectationsOut of 5Spray did not work
I was desperately looking for a nasal spray after having bad congestion for a few days. Saw that this one had good reviews and decided to give it a try. The spray nozzle was not working and was only spraying a direct jet of the solution. It dripped right out of my nose and I am still congested 🥺2 months agoHi Pati. Spray did not work. Plunger would not depress.

It worked it's magic !
My husband was on the verge of a head cold and it worked like magic after 3 doses. 2nd time it didn't work quite that well. Still recommend PRE getting a cold. I came in to buy the Zicam Nasal Swabs to treat my symptoms, and as usual - non on the shelf. I had to settle for the Zicam Nasal Spray. I didn’t feel like driving across town looking for what I wanted and decided to give the spray application a try. Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief 12 Hour With Aloe
I've been suffering from terrible sinus headaches. A friend of mine had an extra bottle of Zicam so I tried it. It cleared my nasal passages up in about 5 minutes and relieved the pressure from my sinuses. Only side effect was sneezing a few times.
