What services does this CVS offer?

About this Pharmacy & Drug Store

It’s another gorgeous day in the Rogue Valley, and you have errands to run. Are you visiting the area to taste the delicious local fruit, sample the wine and cheese or go on a hiking, biking or rafting trip? Maybe you live in town full time. Either way, when you need a prescription filled, your local CVS Pharmacy® is here to make your day go as smooth as possible.

Pick up your prescriptions in Target

This CVS Pharmacy® is located inside Target, making it easy to drop off and pick up prescriptions as you go about your day, whether you’re shopping, having lunch with a friend or taking care of other business. You can also earn ExtraCare® Pharmacy and Health rewards at this location, where every 10 credits get you a $5 reward. Adding family members to your ExtraCare® card and completing eligible online activities can help those rewards add up even faster.

Other ways we can assist you in taking charge of your health

Our on-site pharmacists are always happy to help, whether you need counsel on how to use your medications or have concerns about managing potential side effects. Our pharmacy services include immunizations for adolescents and adults, but not for infants and children. We also offer a walk-in flu clinic so that you can stay up-to-date with your annual flu shot without any hassle.

Immunizations you can get without an appointment include:

  • Influenza
  • Shingles
  • Pneumonia

Immunizations for which you may need an appointment include:

  • Tdap
  • Meningitis
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • MMR
  • Td
  • Chicken Pox

Hormonal birth control options

Scheduling an appointment with your doctor can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially if you just need an updated script. On-site CVS pharmacists can perform evaluations and write prescriptions for certain types of birth control. Although there is a consultation fee, no appointment is needed.

  • Evaluations include selecting the contraception method and blood pressure measurement.
  • Women under the age of 18 must show proof of previous birth control prescription.
  • Pharmacists can write a script for up to a year of refills
  • The prescription cost may be covered entirely or in part by your health insurance plan

A summary of the evaluation and visit will be sent to your physician. If you don’t have a regular doctor, we can provide a list of local healthcare providers.

Our CVS Pharmacy® is conveniently located near Bear Creek

If you’re out exploring Medford and you wonder, “Where is there a pharmacy near me?” There’s no need to worry. We’re easy to find, right here on Crater Lake Highway in Medford near Interstate 5 and the Bear Creek Greenway.

Try our mobile app or manage your prescriptions online

Did you know you can transfer prescriptions through our handymobile app? Yes, it’s true. You can even use the app to pick up your prescriptions with a scan instead of having to say your name and date of birth aloud at the pick-up counter. Other things you can do with the CVS Pharmacy® app or your personal account are:

  • Manage automatic refills to save time and effort.
  • Check the status of refills to find out if they’re ready.
  • Use the online pill identifier to help you distinguish one pill from another based on how it looks.
  • Check drug interactions, especially when starting a new medication or supplement.
  • Set up daily medication reminders, so you never miss a dose.
  • View your financial summary and recent orders.
  • Keep tabs on your progress towards ExtraCare® rewards.
