What services does this CVS offer?

There’s a reason Sherwood often makes it on the list of best small towns: it’s a place where you have room to breathe and to enjoy things like classic Oregon Trail history, the great outdoors, vineyards and medieval celebrations without giving up the convenience of city life. It doesn’t matter if you’ve come to town for the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival, the fresh, local fruits, the alpaca yarn and fiber, the antique shopping or the simple pleasures like scenic trails and bike paths. It doesn’t even matter if you’re just passing through or if you’ve lived here all your life; we want you to know that our CVS Pharmacy® is here to take the headache out of getting your prescriptions filled.

Our pharmacy is easy to find inside Target

When you’re out and about in Sherwood and wonder, “Where is there a pharmacy near me?” Remember that your local CVS Pharmacy® is right here in the Target store off of Southwest Tualatin Sherwood Road and Southwest Baler Way. Drop off your prescription, do some shopping, then come back to pick it up before you head home. It’s that easy. However, if we need to order your medications, we’ll let you know.

Our walk-in flu clinic is designed with your busy day in mind

Did you know you can stop in anytime during flu season and get a flu shot? You don’t even need an appointment. The same goes for certain other immunizations, like shingles and pneumonia. In fact, we offer several immunizations for adolescents, adults and seniors. You may need an appointment for some of them, such as MMR, meningitis, Tdap and chicken pox, so don’t forget to call ahead.

Ask about hormonal contraception options

Life gets busy sometimes. Work, family, travel and a variety of obligations often make changing birth control methods low on the priority list. If you are considering a change, but don’t have a lot of time to research your options, come to our pharmacy counter and speak to a pharmacist. No appointment is necessary. However, there is a consultation fee.

Trained pharmacists can discuss your current contraception method and provide options, based on your preferences. A prescription can be written with refills for up to 12 months after a brief evaluation that includes blood pressure measurement. Women 17 and under must provide proof that they have a history of contraception use. Your insurance plan may cover the cost of the medication, entirely or in part.

In a hurry? Try the app

Although you do need to show up in person to pick up prescriptions or receive immunizations, there’s plenty you can do to manage your health virtually. If you haven’t yet downloaded the CVS Pharmacy® mobile app, you’re missing out. It’s full of features like a medication reminder, pill identifier, pharmacy locator and more.

The best part of the app is its ability to manage automatic refills, transfer prescriptions and keep track of your previous prescriptions and financial summary. To use these features, you’ll first need to create a personal CVS.com account.

Take advantage of ExtraCare® rewards

Did you think ExtraCare® rewards were only for CVS Pharmacy® retail stores? There is good news: You can link your ExtraCare® rewards card to the ExtraCare® Pharmacy and Health Rewards program and start earning credits toward your next ExtraCare® reward. Each prescription that you fill or refill gives you one credit, and when you rack up 10 credits, you get a $5 reward. Bonus: when you’re signed in to your account, you can earn extra credits for things like adding prescriptions to your CVS.com profile, signing up for pharmacy text alerts and opting in to reminder emails regarding your prescriptions.
