What services does this CVS offer?

About this Pharmacy & Drug Store

Situated at the Southeast corner of West Monte Vista Ave and Greer road, our 24-hour pharmacy is across from the Stanislaus campus, not far from churches and elementary schools. Nearby housing and campus facilities make us perfect for a late night munchies run. The easy checkout process lets you get in and out fast when you’re in a hurry. Surrounded by parks, professional services and residential areas, we are on the way to where ever you need to be.

Prepare for cold and flu season

Schools and offices are breeding grounds for the flu and other viruses. Stop by our drug store to pick up cough medicine and use our walk-in clinic services to get a flu shot, administered by our immunization-trained pharmacists. In addition to the flu, we can vaccinate adolescents, adults and seniors against:

  • Pneumonia
  • Tdap
  • Shingles
  • Meningitis
  • Hepatitis A & B
  • MMR
  • TD
  • Chicken Pox

No appointment is necessary in many cases. It may take up to two weeks for many vaccines to fully activate. If you are planning to travel internationally talk with your doctor or a pharmacist to find out which vaccinations are recommended for the country you will be visiting.

If your office or community center is within 75 miles of our location and you have at least 24 participants, ask about scheduling an on-site flu clinic. We come to you, and the only costs are for shots and administration.

Use mobile prescription services and reduce the wait

Getting a prescription used to mean taking a piece of paper to the pharmacy and waiting for the pharmacist to fill it. This often took a considerable chunk of time out of your day. Today, you don’t even need to go into the pharmacy and pick up is fast and easy. Create a personal CVS account if you don’t already have one, then:

  • Download the app
  • Turn on prescription access
  • Add your prescription by entering the Rx number
  • Schedule the medication for pickup
  • Request text notification when it’s ready

The entire sign-in and setup process can take less than five minutes. When you receive the text that your medication is ready, use the drive-thru pharmacy window. Pickup is easy, and you didn’t even need to leave your car. Set up automatic refills for any prescriptions you have filled monthly and arrange for them to be mailed to you.

Get your passport photo updated

Are you one of the millions of people that will travel internationally this year? If your passport will expire within six months of your trip, make sure you renew it before you leave. Our CVS Pharmacy® technicians use the KODAK Biometric ID Photo System to take passport photos that adhere to Federal regulations. Be sure to send them with your renewal paperwork to ensure it is updated when you’re ready to leave.

Pick up cosmetics, a sweet and savory snack, photos and prescriptions all in one stop. We accept your SNAP EBT for program approved snacks and meal essentials, so you don’t need to make an extra stop. Call us at 209-664-1121 for more information about our in-store and third-party services or to speak with a pharmacist.
