Q. How do I join the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare Beauty Club®?
- Joining is free and easy and can be done online.
- You must be an ExtraCare cardholder to join the ExtraCare Beauty Club. You have the option to use your existing ExtraCare card, or you may sign up for a new ExtraCare account.
- If you sign up for a new ExtraCare account, we will issue an instant, temporary ExtraCare card. You will receive your permanent ExtraCare card by mail within 2–4 weeks.
Q. I recently joined the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare Beauty Club® and have lost my temporary ExtraCare® card. What should I do?
- You will receive your new, permanent ExtraCare card by mail within 2–4 weeks. During this time, you may still receive your ExtraCare Beauty Club benefits by providing the CVS/pharmacy store associate the telephone number attached to your ExtraCare account.
- If you need to update your account information, please call Customer Service directly at 1-800-SHOP CVS (1-800-746-7287), Monday–Friday 8:00AM–6:00PM ET.
Q. Can I use my 10% off beauty shopping pass on discounted or BOGO items?
- The 10% off beauty shopping pass excludes all sale items.
Q. Will purchases using my 10% off beauty shopping pass go toward the $30 minimum beauty purchase?
- Yes. Qualifying beauty items purchased with the 10% off beauty shopping pass count toward the $30 minimum beauty purchase needed to earn $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks® Rewards
Q. What items are included in the ExtraCare BeautyClub®?
- Qualifying beauty purchases include items from the following categories: Cosmetics, Fragrances, Hair Care, Hair Color, Healthy Skin Care and Skin Care.
- Excludes items from Trial & Travel, gift cards and prescriptions.
- Beauty purchases made either in store or online with your ExtraCare® card qualify.
- Both full price and discounted items qualify.
- The $30 minimum beauty purchase is based on your subtotal before coupons are deducted.
Q. Do I need to spend $30 in one trip in order to receive $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks® Rewards?
- No. Beauty purchases made over the course of several trips count toward the $30 minimum beauty purchase.
- Your spending balance will track on the bottom of your receipt and will be updated within 48 hours following your last qualifying purchase.
- You can also check your spending balance online anytime by signing in to your ExtraCare account.
Q. Is there a time limit to reach the $30 minimum beauty purchase?
- ExtraCare BeautyClub spending balances reset on 12/31.
- Your spending balance will track on the bottom of your receipt and will be updated within 48 hours following your last qualifying purchase.
- You can also check your spending balance online anytime by signing in to your ExtraCare account.
Q. Is there a cap on the number of times I can reach the $30 minimum?
- There is no limit to the number of times you can reach the $30 minimum beauty purchase.
- Your Beauty Club ExtraBucks Rewards will print on your receipt two days following qualifying beauty purchase(s).
Q. I've spent $30 on qualifying beauty products. When will I receive my $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks Rewards?
- Your $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks Rewards will print on your receipt two days following qualifying purchase(s).
- If your Beauty Club ExtraBucks Rewards don't print on your receipt, you have two options:
- Take your ExtraCare card to the ExtraCare Coupon Center at your local CVS Pharmacy® store and scan your ExtraCare card to print your $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks Rewards.
- Sign in to your ExtraCare account to check your balance. Your account will show if there is a $3 Beauty Club ExtraBucks Reward available. You can either print it as a coupon or send the reward to your ExtraCare card to use next time you shop.

Q. How do the existing CVS Pharmacy® ExtraCare® program discounts work with the ExtraCare BeautyClub program? Do you receive traditional ExtraCare and ExtraCare BeautyClub discounts when purchasing both beauty and other household products?
- Members of both programs will receive $3 Beauty ExtraBucks Rewards on every $30 spent on qualifying beauty items as well as the traditional ExtraCare program benefits including sales and specials, circular offers and 2% ExtraBucks Rewards for most in-store and online CVS Pharmacy purchases. Q. Why didn't I receive notification about my $3 ExtraBucks Rewards on my birthday?
- To be eligible for birthday emails, your birthday and a valid email address must be on file with your ExtraCare account.
- Sign in to your ExtraCare account to update your information.
