Advil Allergy Sinus medicine eases a variety of hay fever, allergy and cold symptoms, including runny nose, sneezing and watery, itchy eyes, along with nasal congestion, headache and sinus pressure. Each dose of this allergy and sinus medicine contains ibuprofen 200 mg—a pain reliever and fever reducer, pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg—a nasal decongestant that helps fight sinus pressure, and chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine for allergy relief. Just one sinus relief pill helps control your tough allergy and sinus symptoms for four to six hours. HSA/FSA Eligible

Pseudoephedrine HCl 30mg - Nasal Decongestant. *nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba Wax, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, Croscarmellose Sodium, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake, Glyceryl Behenate, Hypromellose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pharmaceutical Ink, Polydextrose, Polyethylene, Glycol, Pregelatinized Starch, Propylene Glycol, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide.

    The smallest effective dose should be used
    Adults: take 1 caplets every 4-6 hours while symptoms persist.
    Do not take more than 6 caplets in any 24-hour period, unless directed by a doctor
    Children under 12 years of age: do not use
    Heart attack and stroke warning: NSAIDs, except aspirin, increase the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. These can be fatal. The risk is higher if you use more than directed or for longer than directed. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use ibuprofen during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Allergy alert: Ibuprofen may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to aspirin. Symptoms may include:
    Hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock, skin reddening, rash or blisters
    If an allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away
    Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding
    The chance is higher if you are age 60 or older, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems or take blood thinners or steroid drugs
    The chance is also higher if you take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs [aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others]
    Have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
    Take more or for a longer time than directed
    Do not use
    If you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer
    Unless you have time for a full night's sleep
    In children under 12 years of age
    Right before or after heart surgery
