Cut open the pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. Remove the transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors. Store unused gel sheets in the foil pouch to prevent drying. Reseal the pouch by tightly folding the pouch twice along the dotted lines. Store in a cool place avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. May even be stored in the refrigerator for extra cooling. Do not store in the freezer. For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard it after use.

Choking Hazard: Babies and young children should use this product only under constant, direct, adult supervision. Never allow the product to enter or block the nose or mouth. Store this product out of the reach of children. Use only as directed. For external use only. If excessive redness, irritation, burning or discomfort of the skin develops, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately. Do not apply to wounds or to irritated, damaged, sunburned or very sensitive skin. The cooling gel sheet will not stick to the skin if the skin is wet or if the gel sheet comes into contact with hair, eyebrows or clothing.
