Measure the circumference of your thigh, approximately 5 in. above the center of your knee. You may need to adjust the sleeve a few inches up or down to get the desired compression and comfort. Medium: 15.5 to 16.5 in. Large: 17 to 19 in. X-Large: 19.5 to 21 in. 2X-Large: 21.5 to 23 in.

Copper Fit should provide compression but should not be too tight that it restricts circulation. Please consult a physician if you are experiencing pain or swelling. This product contains silicone on the inside of the upper elastic band, which may cause skin irritation. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.
