See directions below. Prepare the Hot / Cold Gel pack according to directions printed on the gel pack
Undo all straps on the wrist brace
Place wrist brace on flat surface with inside facing up
To insert Hot/Cold gel pack, undo the fasteners found on the inside bottom part of the wrist brace
Slide the gel pack into the interior pouch with the long tips pointing upward
Secure fasteners together to close the interior pouch opening
Use the wrist brace on either hand by following the right and left labels below the thumb holes
Place your desired wrist in the middle of the wrist brace and place your thumb in the corresponding thumb hole
Fold over each side of the wrist brace to feed the straps through
Feed bottom strap through the buckle and around to secure
Feed top strap through buckle and secure to desired fit
Adjust each strap to customize your fit
