This product is suitable for most shoe types and sizes. It has a smooth surface, so it won't cause problems like snagging on socks or hosiery. Thanks to its vitamin E and aloe, it's also suitable for sensitive skin. When you use this product, your toes will feel softer. Because this product is not made with natural rubber latex, it is safe for all people, including those with latex allergies, pregnant women, and people prone to infection. Directions First, make sure your foot is clean and dry. Position the CVS Health Gel Toe Spacers between the first toe and big toe. Do not place over inflamed skin or wounds. Remove them every four hours to help the skin breathe. To clean the CVS Health Gel Toe Spacers, wash them with soap and air dry them. You can also sprinkle foot powder if the gel becomes tacky. Warnings If you have poor circulation or diabetes, ask a health professional before using this product. Wash and dry foot thoroughly. Position product between the Big toe and First toe (see diagrams). Do NOT place this product over open wounds or inflamed skin. Remove spacer for at least four hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Before reusing, hand-wash the spacer, let air-dry, and sprinkle lightly with foot powder (sold separately) if gel becomes tacky.

If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occurs, discontinue use. Non-sterile. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
