These aspirin tablets are for the temporary relief of the minor aches, pains, and inflammation of arthritis and rheumatism. Use them as recommended by your doctor. Keep CVS Health Low Dose Aspirin Enteric-coated tablets 81 mg aspirin regimen on hand for when necessary. This is an aspirin with a low strength made for adults. The product is gluten-free. The pain reliever for adults and children aged 12 years and over. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor. HSA/FSA eligible

    See directions below. Drink a full glass of water with each dose
    Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 4 to 8 tablets every 4 hours, not to exceed 48 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor
    Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor

    Warnings: Do not use this product if you or your child have or are recovering from chickenpox or flu-like symptoms, as it may lead to Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness. Aspirin may cause severe allergic reactions, including hives, facial swelling, wheezing, or shock. This product contains an NSAID that can cause severe stomach bleeding, especially if you are 60 years or older, have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, take blood thinners or steroids, or use other NSAID drugs. Avoid using this product if you have had an allergic reaction to any pain reliever/fever reducer or within 7 days after tonsillectomy or oral surgery, unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor before use if you have certain medical conditions or take prescription drugs. Stop use and seek medical help if an allergic reaction occurs or if signs of stomach bleeding, worsening pain, fever, redness/swelling, hearing loss, or new symptoms arise. Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a Poison Control Center immediately (1-800-222-1222). Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include hives, facial swelling, shock and asthma (wheezing). Alcohol warning: If you consume three or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers

    Stop use and ask a doctor if: an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away
    new symptoms occur
    pain gets worse or lasts more than ten days
    redness or swelling is present
    ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs.
    If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use
    IT IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT NOT TO USE ASPIRIN DURING THE LAST 3 MONTHS OF PREGNANCY UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIREctED TO DO SO BY A DOctOR BECAUSE IT MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS IN THE UNBORN CHILD OR COMPLICATIONS DURING DELIVERY
