Returning an ExtraCare® card or keys with an ExtraCare® tag
If you find an ExtraCare® card or a set of keys with an ExtraCare® tag, give it to a store manager at any CVS/pharmacy® location. He or she will ensure that it is returned to its owner.
Three ways to present your card
An ExtraCare® card is the traditional way to present your ExtraCare® number to earn credit for in-store purchases and receive ExtraSavings and ExtraBucks® Rewards.
You can create a scannable ExtraCare® "card" and save it to your CVS/pharmacy mobile app, too. Your mobile "card" will contain a barcode that can be scanned at most registers and ExtraCare® Coupon Centers. Unfortunately, mobile devices cannot be scanned at self-checkouts and select ExtraCare® Coupon Centers.
Lastly, you can share your card with us virtually to earn rewards for purchases on CVS.com®. If you already have a CVS.com® account, sign in and go to the ExtraCare® box on the Account Profile page. Click the Link Your ExtraCare® Card to Your Account link and follow the directions.
Getting your ExtraCare® card number
If you need your full ExtraCare® number, look on the back of your card or call ExtraCare® Customer Service at 1-800-SHOP CVS (1-800-746-7287).
If you're checking out at a CVS/pharmacy store and don't have your card, an associate can look it up using your telephone number. To be sure we've got your current contact information, sign in to your CVS.com® account and visit the Profiles tab in ExtraCare®.
Replacing your ExtraCare® card
Lost your card? We can transfer balances from the lost card to a new card. It will take 3- 4 weeks for the replacement card to arrive by mail. Just call ExtraCare® Customer Service at 1-800-SHOP CVS (1-800-746-7287).
Need to replace your card? Request a new ExtraCare® card when you Create a CVS.com Account®. If you already have a CVS.com® account, sign in and go to the ExtraCare® box on the Account Profile page. Click the Get an ExtraCare® Card link and follow the directions.
As an alternative, you can visit your local CVS/pharmacy store and get a FREE ExtraCare card on the spot. But make sure you call ExtraCare® Customer Service at 1-800-SHOP CVS (1-800-746-7287) to consolidate your balances.

Combining card balances
